How do I care for my ARNASA activewear?

While the bright colours will fade over time, to prolong colour intensity we recommend that you pre-wash garments separately in cold water with a teaspoon of salt. Do not leave them sitting wet with other garments and line dry in the shade immediately after washing.
Where do items get shipped?
Your package will be sent directly to you using a door-to-door courier.
Remember to provide your daytime address.

Can I exchange an item?
- ARNASA will happily exchange merchandise within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- Items must be returned as unused, unworn and in original condition.
- All Sale purchases are final

Can I make a change to an existing order?
No, once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation you cannot cancel or amend your order. If you wish to exchange or return your order please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy
Where is my order?
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will receive a separate email as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse which may take up to 5 business days. If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received tracking information, please contact us by emailing admin@ARNASA.co.za.
How do I cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order and received your order confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled or amended. If you wish to exchange or return your order, please refer to the Returns and Exchange Policy
How do Gift cards work?
Gift Cards may be purchase online.
- Select Gift Card value of choice and check out using the same method you would use to buy Movementwear.
- Once the Gift Card has been purchased we will e-mail you a virtual voucher with a code which you may e-mail or print and give to the recipient of your gift.
How do I purchase with my Gift Voucher?
- Select the Movementwear of your choice
- Proceed to checkout and enter the code reflected on your virtual voucher, in the “Discount Voucher” field of the payment area
Can I purchase a gift card for any value that I wish?
You may purchase gift cards for the values offered or any combination thereof.
R100, R200, R250, R500, R750, R1000
Can I redeem the voucher in parts?
If you have not fully utilised the value of your voucher, we will e-mail you another virtual voucher with a code, which you can use for your next purchase.
Can I used more than 1 voucher for a checkout?
Unfortunately, our system only allows a single discount code per checkout. Should this occur, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- ARNASA accepts PayFast , EFT payments and Gift Vouchers.
- We do not offer cash on delivery as a payment method.
Is it safe to use my credit card on ARNASA.co.za?
Yes, shopping at ARNASA.co.za is safe and secure as all payments are made through Payfast

What if my credit card shows multiple payments?
The payment page will only process the payment once.
However if you see multiple charges on your card then you either:
- clicked ‘submit’ more than once at the checkout stage due to poor internet connection; or
- moved back to update and or change your order or details.
